Cheap gaming build: G860/i3-2100 & HD 7750/7770

Building a cheap light gaming build for my son and was wondering how well the new value class Radeon 7xxx series cards work with i3 sandy bridge or G860 processors.

Current thoughts:
MSI B75A-G43
Pentium G860 / i3-2100
2x 2GB Kingston HyperX blu
Radeon HD 7750 / Radeon HD 7770
1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200.14

Everything else will be stuff that I have right now.

What are your thoughts on the setup?

Unless you're pretty much exclusively playing RTS and MMO's, I'd go for the Pentium and HD 7770. Just to put that into perspective with older parts, the Pentium/HD 7770 would be similar to a Phenom II 955 and GTX 460 1GB or something.

Thanks. Thats what I'm thinking too. The processors look quite similar when looking at the specs and the G860 is 40€ cheaper.

Overall thats a nice build for gaming, i'd get the i3 2120 with the 7700 and a budget H61 board.
