Apologies if this has been asked and answered, but I have not been able to
find the answer anywhere:

I have created some animated cursors (*.ani) from gifs. They are bigger than
normal cusrors, ca 300x100 pixels. I have used them for years on Windows
98/2000/NT, but since getting a new machine with XP home I cannot get them
to work and they appear squished to what looks like 64x64 pixels. Tweak UI
has not yielded an answer as far as I can see and I am stuck.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
