My sony vaio is not playing dvd

plz help me my sony vaio pc's dvd player is not working..

Since you've not mention much 'bout your problem,may be it's due to the dirt on your player's head (lens).So try to clean it.

Thanks dear Vishal, no that is not d problm.,when I insert the disc..they relpyed please insert the disc..I think its a setting problm..plz help me if u can....I don't know more about computer...

Okay,It's show "insert the disk",well first of all be sure that your disk contains data(and proper data not corrupted).Another way to check your laptop's DVD player with one ejectable player but I think it'll be not possible for you so It'll be better for you to check it in service center.
