Alright So I'm Ordering my Parts Tomorrow and I'm Spending ~$1200 On a PC to last me for the Next 3 Years with no problems for Gaming, School, And Everything I can do with it.

Components not Included: Keyboard, Monitor, OS, Mouse, Speakers

CPU: i5-3570k - $189 Microcenter
CPU Cooler: Antec Kuhler 620 - $55 Amazon (Aiming for 4.5ghz)
Mobo: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 - $85 Microcenter
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance - $95 Amazon
HDD: Deskstar 1TB 7200 Hard Drive - $80 Microcenter
SSD: Samsung 830 Series - $99 Amazon (Whats the best SSD for the price point?)
DVD: Asus DVD Burner 24x - $20 Amazon
GPU: Gigabyte 7870 - $300 Amazon
PSU: Corsair AX650 - $130 Amazon (Investing in a Good One)
Case Buying Locally, So Something like a CM690II Nvidia/Lian Li K62

Also:

Networking Asus Card 802.11 b/g/n - $20
NZXT Sentry Fan Controller - $25
Cosmos Drawer - $12

As a Total I hit ~$1200

I'm a bit freaked about watercooling incase it leaks but thats a small chance. Anything I should change/fix/differentiate?

It is not true WC. A Hyper 212 EVO can reach 4.5 GHz as well, and it is $20 cheaper.

Your going to add $10 to buying another fan for push/pull and I think that it would be a better long term investment to have water cooling to increase the life span on my mobo/cpu and also the hyper looks pretty ugly, would ruin my all black build, A bit OCD, So looks do matter on something on my desk for 3 years :p

I think Corsair's CX600 is more than enough and a lot cheaper(but not modular). Could use the money and get a HD 7950 or Corsair H100 liquid cooler. The Antec one is not that powerful.
