SLI or Crossfire: No(btw whats SLI?)

I have everything, I'm planning on returning this mobo ASUS F1A55-M LE and the A8-3870k because I don't like the A8, at first I planned on getting the A8 with 6670 but I heard the 6670 was weak so I'm getting the 5770 now and since I won't be crossfiring with the onboard gpu of a8, what's the point of getting the a8 so I'm getting a processor now instead of an apu. And with a new processor, I need a new mobo now. Here's my list of parts I already have.

First of all, my psu is only 400w so please if you are suggesting a cpu or gpu, please make sure my psu can handle it and also have a little extra watts for breathing space. And also mention if my psu can also do some overclocking( I wanna make use of that cpu cooler )

So 3 things I need, new mobo, new cpu, new gpu. Here's what I want to get right now, tell me if something is better or if my choices are good,
