Best CPU + Mobo under 280 euros

Hi, I'm looking for a CPU + Motherboard for my gaming PC.
I have no intentions to overclock.
My goal is to be able to run Planetside 2 (med~high settings), and currently not even on the lowest settings can I play it. I was told it was because of my very very terrible CPU.

Here are my specs:

CPU
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.50GHz

Graphics Card
AMD Radeon HD 6870 (XFX Pine Group)

RAM
8,00 GB Double-Channel DDR2 @ 332MHz

I'd suggest a motherboard such as a ASUS P8Z77-V LK and a i5 3570k.

Or go for the non K of the processor, which will be cheaper as you don't want to overclock.

You might also look at the Intel DZ77SL-50K or the ASRock Z77 Extreme4. Also I would stay with the Intel Core i5-3570K while you may not want to overclock right now the difference between the "K" is not very much so you can change your mind i a year and find that you have a system that will be easy to overclock.

That would cost me right now 350 euros, which I really can't afford and will only be able to around April.
I've also been told 70% of gaming performance depends on the graphics, so I don't need an expensive CPU, I think I'll go with the 3570 non k, because I can with no doubt say I won't overclock.
Keeping that in mind and the fact I'm not planning to SLi or Crossfire, can't you suggest a cheaper but reliable mobo? I was thinking of AsRocks Z77 Pro 3.
