I have recently seen a few a forum posts about new builds. I would like to get the same new build guide on specs and choices. Usage is mostly for Everyday emial and maybe some games on downtime and weekends.

I think I'd chuck that whole build. Apex cases are complete junk and I'm not the biggest fan of the Zalman Z9. That extra fan is no better than the stock fan - you're just throwing money away there. That PSU is from a horrible manufacturer - is not certified - and is likely to cause a lot of problems down the road.

What's your budget? I could suggest a far better system if I knew that.
