You have alot of overkill parts but their within budget so...
Don't be cheap, get a blu ray burner
Dump the audio,motherboard is enough.
Get the seasonic
Get a different ups
get a different ssd http://newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148527
Get a gtx670 or get a 690. 680 is poor value.
Get a Bitfenix Colossus Venom. Comes with lights, looks cooler, still performs,is cheaper,is lighter but not in a bad way.
If you need help with assembly you probably don't want water cooling. The case I mentioned has led fans to go with it. Put them all. It also has fan speed and light management switches.

Case: NZXT Switch 810 (Black) ATX Full Tower Case ($179.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 1000W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($187.00 @ Newegg)
Total: $2745.86

That leaves me with 1254.14$ for the WC system...

now the WC stuff...

420mm radiator.

240mm radiator

10x compression fittings

3x sli fittings

pump & reservoir

10-15ft of tubing

CPU block

3x GPU blocks

4x 140mm fans

2x 120mm fans

thermal paste

Ecocide or biocide (only 2 drops)

2xLighting

If you set up everything right your case will look like this but blue

What you are about to see is a little bit embarrassing for me but at least its clear.

HAha WOW!!!! Thank You for the time putting all of that together! Now how would I put together the custom water cooling stuff? I know the Rasa 360 Extreme comes with mostly everything and it's pretty easy to put together.

Its really easy--> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EInMVjmzDZE <--- that video is kinda outdated but it will help you a lot... BTW, use ONLY distilled water...not that crap they use in that video.

If that's it then pick a best answer and close this thread.

Edit: this will help too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QllNAdZPcQ&feature=related
