Hi, I was removing the heatsink of an EVGA gtx 680 when the screwdriver pulled the screw out and slipped cutting the pcb and exposing copper underneath, how should i proceed with this? RMA it? I dont know if EVGA would accept it really.
To add, the scratch is about half an inch long, and from what i learned about electrical engineering - it wont work. I was thinking about fixing it myself but what are the chances of EVGA accepting it as an RMA?
