Suggestions regarding desktop upgradation.

Hi Guys , Need a little help here currently I have a low level gaming rig with the following specs :- Processor :- AMD Phenom X2 555 black edition (overclocked) 3.2 Ghz GPU :- GT 9500 1 GB DDDR3 RAM : 4 GB DDDR3 MoBo :- ASUS (forgot the exact specification :- Most likely equivalent to http://www.flipkart.com/asus-f1a55-m-lx-plus-motherboard/p/itmd5ppvwgzksuar?pid=MBDD5PPV6AJWPAMH&ref=fbb60931-24de-4123-9c62-37f7b19aff29) Now I want to upgrade it to sub Mid-level rig and have decide to upgrade the following :- GPU to AMD/ATI HD6570 and SMPS to Corsair 450 W. Do I have to worry about my MoBo or the cabinet as well. Is the SMPS rating sufficient ? Any other suggestions are more than welcomed  TIA
