i've been wandering which is important between bits and capacity (512 mb 1gb .etc) ?

what does clock speed do ?

and when buying a vga which is more important ?? about the generation or the specation about the video card that we need ?

can anyone tell me about what we need to look at vga specation (which is more important to the not so important) ?

Don't look at specifications. Look at benchmarks. There are plenty of them on Tom's Hardware and other websites .

1. Resolution of the monitor?
2. Games you want to play?
3. Power supply that you currently have?
4. & most importantly, how much is your budget?

This list will give a general idea of performance of stock clocked cards. Overclocked cards will sometimes be 1 tier higher.
