According to the logitech website, those speakers should of come with the neccesary cables for 5.1 setup. The green jack would be your front 2 speakers. The black/red would be your sides. The orange would be the sub woofer. If you can't find the cables, just buy 3 3.5mm (also known as 1/8th) to 3.5mm cables and plug the green to green, black to black, etc. In order to have 5.1 sound, you would need to hook up additional cables.
