Worth upgrading?

Currently have an i5 760 @ 4.2 and was thinking about upgrading to the i5 3570K.

The rest of the specs are:
7970 oc's to 1125/1500
8gb corsair memory
250 gb ssd

You don't have to upgrade now because the 760 is still a rather good CPU, I'd wait another year.

I believe Haswells are coming out in June, that's like 6 months.
