Best set for Corsair 600t and H100i?

So I was planning on doing this
The h100i exhausting air from inside the case and the rear 120mm fan as an intake and the front 200mm fan as an intake.
What would be the best setup so my temps won't get to hot.
My setup
Asus Sabertooth z77
I7 3770k
evga geforce gtx 690
Corsair 850hx psu
Also I was thinking of getting the h80i or should I just stick the h100i?
Any recommendations will help thanks!

what case do you have? you have to bear in mind that the h100i/h80i won't extract air from the case, just take heat away/push cold air at the Rad for the CPU
