Pairing gpu

hey

can i pair a gtx 680 from Gigabyte (witch I have)with another 680gtx but
from another cie,like EVGA or Pony...in SLI mode.
I dont think that Gigabyte will produce more,going intead with the 690.

yes as long as the memory sizes are the same and they both are indeed kepler gtx 680's

Yes, if your clock speeds are different, they will both run at the lower speed.
If they both have same memory size and clock speeds they are probably exactly the same except for the cooler.

yes was thinking of clock speed also.
having 2 gtx so close makes me wonder about heat dissipation.
My mobo is a G1 guerrilla rev 2 and the PCI E x16 slot are quite close together.

You can put the cards in the 1st and third slot if you want. You'll have to look at what speed the slot will run.
