Hello, I have the i5-3570k and the temperature is between 34-36.5 °C in the bios. I have the h100 on it.
Is this normal?

Yes that is fine. What are the temps under load?

I haven't actually installed windows yet but when I do I'll give you the temps under load. I'm actually hitting 38°C right now. I haven't over clocked at all.

Thank you! If you wouldn't mind would you give me the temps I should expect if I would overlock to around 4.5 Ghz. And what my max load temp should be as it is right now.

Probably mid 50's under load once you overclock.

mine at 4.4ghz runs 38 at idle and roughly 60 underload, in a cold room with a hyper212 evo. This CPU is a beast.

i was just a few degrees cooler at 3.4ghz. These chips stay relatively cool ive noticed. But look around the forums at what other people have done and what they say. Theres a lot of info to help you out.
