DC to DC conversion for -5V?

I would to testing my old motherboard with my newer PSU. However, it has lack of -5V voltage which powering ISA component. I want to testing ISA component, but the problem was here.

So, is DC DC converter was possible to converting positive voltage to negative voltage?

I mean I want to make DC to DC converter to convert +5V to -5V
