the 7750 is the go to low power gpu that requires no auxilary power pin to power it. with a total of 276w on the 12v rails, a 7750 should normally work under normal conditions.

Difference (GPU load) = 33W
Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 43 Watts
thats with a cpu in the test system that draws 5 more watts (Core i7 965 / X58 system)
it would be wise to keep the load on that no name PSU under 57%. (200 watts)
"trying" a PSU is not generally a genius idea, especially if its a low end one. You are better safe than sorry with the PSU realm, I would go for the 7750.
