No Signal On Monitor

Hello, my graphics card (GT240) gets a no-signal message on my monitor, however I RMA'd it back and I still have the same issue. It was working perfectly fine for a year or two. Then when I switch to an older card Nvidia 7300 LE, I have signal. Could it be my PSU ( my PSU is a few years old and has 425watts)?

That is very weird indeed. A GT240 basically sips power and your whole system would barely be pulling down 100 watts total. Cant imagine its your power supply if your other card is working. Are you having to use a different power cable with it? Could be something like that, a bad PCI power cable.
