Which would be better for the price and quality?

I am building a Pc but i have a dilema i was hoping you guys could help me out...
I am tossing up between the two which would be a better gaming pc and most future proof also could you give a performance rating not a opion.

The I5 build stronger GPU and CPU. Some adjustments like for gaming 8GB ram is plenty and Thermaltake is not a recommended PSU brand better of with Corsair, Antec, Seasonic or XFX to name few.

rolli nailed it - I'm just throwing my .02 in to reiterate that either
build shaould have a better psu. rolli listed the brands.

if that TT 500 is the 'purepower' model it is on the johnnylucky.org

Purepower 500 Not 500 watts as advertised. Could only deliver 400 watts for a few seconds. +12 voltage lower than minimum allowed. Could not achieve efficiency rating above 300 watts. Hardware Secrets
