Changing XP Language Settings from Italian to English

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Go to Control Panel>Regional and Language and click the Languages tab. You can make the change there to add English as a language but making a change that affects the entire system will require your XP CD. Do you have one?
