Can my computer handle a Radeon 6950?

Specs:

AMD Athlon(tm) Processor, 3000 Mhz, 4 Cores(s), 4 Logical Processor(s).

6 GB Ram.

ATI Radeon HD 3000 Graphics Card.

FOXCONN 2AB7 Motherboard.

also what is important is what PSU do you have?

That is my question as well. I took a long time trying to find more info on that MOBO and what I did find is all have said that they think that MOBO does not support PCIe x 16 slots.

The pic does not clearly show the board but what it does show is lack of a PCIe x 16 slot but you can't under the wires. If you could give us a pic of your MOBO we would be know for sure. Good luck.
