I'm currently in grad school for humanities and don't have a lot of time to game (and wont in the near future). The only game I really play now is Civ5. I'm trying to build a unit on Cyberpower so I can play civ5 with the graphics up fairly high and the ability to play large maps without a lot of lagtime. That's my only gaming need. Other than that, I'll be using Word, etc. Since I'm in grad school, I don't have a lot of money.

the following cards are in my price range.

of what you list, I'd pick the 7770.

However, especially on a budget, you should try to build your own.

Thanks, ScrewySqrl. I wish I had time to build my own but school is really unpredictable in terms of how much time it takes. Some weeks I'd have time to build it, other times I wouldn't be able to touch it for a month. I wouldn't want to buy parts and then just have them laying around.
