What would be the better route to go:
An Athlon 1.4 and a GeForce 2 MX400 64MB
or
An Athlon 1.2 and a Geforce 2 GTS 64MB

I am building a system for gaming and am on a budget.

With the way prices are now I thought the 1.4's and 1.2's were almost the same price.
