I hear most people recommending an 965 BE over the FX 4100 processor, but I'm no expert on that front. Might wanna check the Tom's gaming CPU guide.

The rest looks good. Not sure about your budget, but you may wanna make room for a SSD as a boot drive. They really do wonders for boot time :)

If you are using this computer to run demanding applications or edit video, you may want to get an Intel Core i3-2120. If not, you should get an Intel Pentium, preferably the G8xx series (because of its DDR3 1333 memory support compared to the G6xx series). They are both better overall processors than almost the whole entire line of AMD quad-cores.

The suggestions made have all been for processors that are on the same tier as the OP's FX 4100.
Swapping a FX 4100 for a Phenom II or an i3 CPU won't have any perceptible difference. It is certainly not enough of a difference to be worth the expense of getting a new processor in the case of the Phenom II or a new processor and motherboard in the case of going with an i3.
In order to make a big difference in processor speed you'd have to get something like the i5 2400 or i5 3470 or greater.
The fact is that if anything is bottlenecking the system it would be the HD 6850. Even then it is only slightly. The FX 4100 and an HD 6850 would actually complement each other quite well.
