  1. Any ATX form factor should fit your case. They are std on width and height but can vary in length. An Antec 520watt http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371030&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
  2. But would the case cause any problems (where the holes in the cases are placed?)

    Current PSU: http://www.amazon.com/HP-Power-Supply-Regulated-5188-2625/dp/B001RQ4Z7A

I think I NEED a psu with a fan right beside the on and off button located on the PSU.
  3. No the mounting holes are std. You place the PSU with the fan inside the case and then it will work as a ventilation for the case as well, exhausting hot air from the components.
  4. So where my case holes (not the screw holes) are located it does not matter? It'll still vent properly?
  5. Yes it will.
  6. Yes if anything you have more connectors than before.

Since that's the PSU i'm buying, can you recommend a good gpu? One that doesn't get bottlenecked by AMD Phenom 8550 X3 2.2ghz

Can you tell me how many amps the PSU has?
  8. And also can you tell me whether an upgrade from 8550 Phenom to 9600 Phenom would be worth it?
  9. Guysss forget all my previous questions. I realized that I gave the wrong old PSU

I'm wondering whether the power supply that I'm buying
    (http://www.corsair.com/builder-series-cx500-v2-80plus-certified-power-supply.html)

    has all the connectors that my old PSu has;

    24 Pin ATX Connector
    4 Pin ATX12V Connector
    (4)4-Pin Molex Power Connectors
    (2)Sata Connector
(1)4 Pin Connector - Power Floppy Drive

The only one I noticed that isn't there on the new psu is the 4 Pin ATX12V Connector. Is that true? Would I need another PSU that has one?
