Why does my pes 2012 do not run completely on pc

my pes 2012 seems 2 run,but when it gets 2 d point i'm 2 create my profile it just stops

i have the same problem,it seems like there is no way to solve it,no matter what i tried it was always detecting the GPU:Vram 64 mb insteed of 128....so i am out of clues or ideas...if anybody could help out,might he do so?

in research,i think the problem may be caused by software conflict....as a result,widows is encountering some error.my suggestion is to use clean boot and see whether it will work.
