What's wrong?

The other day i was using my computer and it just shut off and restarted for no reason. It ran fine for about a day and then it did it again. After that every time i would start it up it would restart. Finally it shut off and would not come back on. When i finally got it to start i couldn't get a picture to show up so i looked inside and my cpu fan wasn't spinning. What could cause this?

It might be a power supply issue. Can you borrow one and test?
