Ivy bridge or Haswell?

Hey guys :)
I'm thinking about building a gaming PC, but I'm not sure if I should get an I5 3570k and a MSI GTX 670 power edition or wait for the new Haswell cpu's and the new 700 series gpu's from Nvidia.
I'm planning on playing Far cry 3,Shogun 2 (and all the other total wars) and Rome 2:Total war when it releases.
I would love to hear you're opinions on this.
Thanks in advance :)

Haswell was reportedly delayed to May or June. Regardless, it will not be too much of an improvement especially in gaming is your main objective.

So I should get the 3570K and the 670?
