Newly built rig wont work

i just put together a new computer. its my first build and it wont turn on. it just beeps 4 times and turns back off and resets on its own.it continues this cycle over and over. any help would be greatly appreciated

core i7-3770k
AsRock Z77 extreme 4
corsair vengeance 16 GM RAM
700W power supply
asus GTX 680 GPU
