I was looking for a pci e graphics card to play team fortress 2 and counter strike source. I came across a sapphire radeon hd 5450 1gb on amazon for only $34.99. Will it play Team fortress 2 or css on at least mid settings? I was also looking at an ati radeon hd 5450 1 gb for $37.99. What's the difference?

It's very low end, I doubt it.

What resolution is your monitor? What cpu?

This is $19.99 after rebate:

you should try for at least a 6450 but given your cpu, it might be a waste. those 5450 should be pretty much the same but you won't be able to play very well on a Pentium 4 and a 5450 which both are very low end.

All you can do is try I guess, the system is extremely outdated, but at that low resolution it might play ok.
