Will my GTX 460 bottleneck a 3750k?

So I think i'm about to update my older i5-650 to a 3570k. I currently have a GTX 460 v2 OC'ed to Core: 900 | Shaders: 1800 | Memory: 2440. Will there be too much of a bottleneck that I should just save up to get a 6xx or 7xx card in addition to the new CPU?

There won't be any processor bottleneck obviously, and a GTX 460 is still a relevant card. I would use it until you have enough money saved up to get maybe a GTX 670 or 770 (whatever comes next) you won't regret it.

So buying the new CPU now, and then waiting to buy a new GFX card is what you're saying?
