I\'m building a computer and I need some help and advice.

We built the computer with all advised new parts from Newegg, but when we power on we get four beeps, the unit shuts down for 10 seconds, powers back on and the same thing happen. What are we not doing or doing wrong?

4 beeps is usually an video memory error

it would help if you had given more details
