Cheap WoW:cata/MoP build

I have a 600$ budget but i would like a good computer that can run WoW:Cata/MoP, D3, MW3 and other games, perferrably on max. I would really want to get the parts from newegg, and i want WoW to run at mostly max (water dosnt matter) So thanks!

Oh!!!!! And it also need to be able to record those games and run them on a 32 inch (i think) TV screen
