Looking for a gpu thats good for video editing/gaming

hey first build stumped on what graphics card to buy i use sony vegas and a bit of cinema 4d
want to learn more adobe really soon

im slowly but surely becoming more of a hardcore pc gamer so any suggestions on a gpu?

build so far

cpu- i7 3770k ivybridge
mb- asus sabertooth z77 atx
ram-CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB)
ssd- Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC
hd- Seagate ST2000DM001 Barracuda 7200RPM 2 TB SATA 6 GB/s NCQ 64 MB Cache 3.5-Inch

  1. I haven't chosen a power supply, but I'll accept any recommendations

    trying not to spend no more than $600.00 on the GPU and 2,200.00 on the overall build.
  2. Well then, you can't go wrong with a GTX670, one of the best around try the EVGA GTX670 FTW, blazing fast, and is only about 1-2% slower than the fastest GPU around!
    Also, depending where you buy from, its only $500!
  3. Get a decent PSU (650 watts is more than enough) maybe the Corsair HX650, its not the cheapest, but its great quality and SLI ready!
