Looking for a gpu thats good for video editing/gaming

hey first build stumped on what graphics card to buy i use sony vegas and a bit of cinema 4d
want to learn more adobe really soon

im slowly but surely becoming more of a hardcore pc gamer so any suggestions on a gpu?

build so far

cpu- i7 3770k ivybridge
mb- asus sabertooth z77 atx
ram-CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB)
ssd- Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC
hd- Seagate ST2000DM001 Barracuda 7200RPM 2 TB SATA 6 GB/s NCQ 64 MB Cache 3.5-Inch

I haven't chosen a power supply, but I'll accept any recommendations

trying not to spend no more than $600.00 on the GPU and 2,200.00 on the overall build.

Well then, you can't go wrong with a GTX670, one of the best around try the EVGA GTX670 FTW, blazing fast, and is only about 1-2% slower than the fastest GPU around!
Also, depending where you buy from, its only $500!

Get a decent PSU (650 watts is more than enough) maybe the Corsair HX650, its not the cheapest, but its great quality and SLI ready!

But will this do well for editing as well? (sorry for the noob questions)
