AMD FX Core Temp issue

Okay so I just swapped my 965BE for a FX8350. When I run core temp it shows temps as low as 7*C. Though that would be awesome, it's not right.... BIOS shows 25*C which looks better. Room temp is right around 20*C. Any thoughts, fixes, known issues with FX and Core Temp?

Get better software to monitor temps...the bios readings ARE correct...

Set offset in core temp based on the BIOS temp! (the reason for offset being there in the first place)

I've never had an issue with Core Temp... I know that the BIOS is right, but didn't know why Core temp wasn't. Never knew there was an offset in core temp... Now
