Need help finding a $600 gaming build for friend

Friend just hit me back after a long time away asking me to build a pc for him to return to CS:GO on! Long story short is I'm not up with the current tech and I plan on buying this computer ASAP so I need your help. Thanks in advance. :hello:

Budget Range: 600-650 Before Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: just need it to play games like cs:go, dota2, sc2

probly a bit much

could trim some with a Cooler Master Elite case, drop to a 3450 and a H77 or B75 motherboard

this is that other monitor I saw, but it puts you at the upper limits of the budget and not much left for a KM/Mouse

hey man thanks a bunch, for a few extra bucks im thinkin about goin up to 8 gigs of ram, maybe with kingston hyperX blues, thoughts?

those or the Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4gb.
