Change login/computer locked box position

Hi,

I would like to ask if anyone knows a solution to the following. I would
like to change the position of the login box / computer is locked box in
Windows XP. I would like to be able to customize where it appears, instead
of the deafult horizontal center, slightly above vertical centerline
position. I wonder if it is possible at all?

I do not use the welcome screen, so this is the "classical" login
box/computer is locked box of the NT series OSs.
