7750 overclocking

I just bought a msi 7750 factory oc version

but i wanted to know if i further overclock it will it void the warranty?
also how can i check the power used by gpu and motherboard from psu?

also my gpu fan is rotating at 2760rpm(speed fan) and making bit of noise...is this normal speed?if not then how to control the speed?(i know nothing about gpu modifications as i have bought my first card)

is there any software which monitors the gpu temp when i am gaming and alerts when temp is high ?

just use amd vision downloaded from AMD's website that is budled with the driver,at the amd vision open amd overdrive at the performance tab and you can contol the fan speed.Soory i don't no any software that you wanted
