dont use radeon 6950's . Older technology
Use 7950's .or even just one since even one will play any game at 1080p

Use a Z77 based motherboard . Improved features , and Z68 might not run that cpu without a BIOS update

Win 7 ultimate? What features of ultimate are you going to use that Home premium doesnt have? .
If you dont know the answer you dont need ultimate
