What's a good LCD monitor to get? My computer has the following:

1600+ XP
Ti4200 (64mb)

I was thinking of getting a 15' LCD monitor, price on it isn't too much of an issue. But I'm looking for some suggestions, since I'm treading very unfamiliar grounds here. Thanks a lot.

Kogi (GVision) 19" TFT, picked one up for $587, less a $90 rebate -- so $497. Image quality is excellent, even with games -- 25ms (not the best, but hasn't caused any gaming issues yet). I was comparing the new 19" Sony with this monitor and with some adjusting I could make the Kogi look the same (at least for my eyes) in terms of image quality. Since the Sony is $899 less $100 rebate ($799), I opted to save myself $300. The Sony 19" is a tad better looking out of the box, but with minor tuning the Kogi 19" is hard to beat. Samsung and Sharp were pretty good too, but it seems LCDs are getting so much alike in image quality (didn't used to be the case) these days. As for DVI vs. Analog, it is irrelevant unless you have a very cheap video card to begin with. I doubt you'll notice any difference in a true side by side test of DVI vs. Analog.

The screen does not fit cashier application.
can not adjust resolution to full screen in
windows setup. The application display size
is less than half shown on screen.
Already sent back for repair but the guy
named edwin did'nt fix it and charged $660.

Other Thoughts: screws on the backside of monitor are missing.
