Catia V5 and Games

Hello,
Im am building a PC that needs to be able to run Games and CatiaV5(to a reasonable standard).
The Mainboard(Asus-p8z68-v-lx-s1155-intel-z68-ddr3-atx-7PGM), CPU(Intel Core i5-2500 3.30GHz LGA1155 6MB) & memory(Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 XMP) is not a problem but the Graphics card is the problem.
I pobably do not need the raw power of a workstation card but will need the refresh rate of a gaming card.
Can anyone offer advice?

Well, what is your budget? Did you buy the other components yet? Do you have a power supply already?

I have not prchased any of the components yet but the performanceof my own P.C. for gaming is similar and seems suitable to easily run Catia V5, my only concern is the graphics card.
