Finding my graphics card soul mate

I currently am using a msi GT 240 1gb gddr5 and so on, and I have a Cooler Master GX 750. I would also probably be gaming on a 1080p. I seriously would like to upgrade since its showing its age, and it is quite loud(The fan speed cant be changed for whatever reason). $200 is the budget that I would like to stay at, but if there is something dramatically better for less than $50 more, I could find the extra money. I have seen the GTX 480 on newegg, but I am aware of how power hungry it is(I want something thats at least pretty efficient). Any suggestions?

Best solution

a c 91 U Graphics card

radeon 7850 should fit your needs. here's a great deal:

it's extremely power efficient. way faster than what you can get for under $200 (with the exception of the 480), and has a lot of overclock headroom :)

Edit: Oh, by the way, it's not your video card soul mate. it's more like a nice fling. you'll get tired of him/her in a few years :p
