Upgrading my system

I'm planning on upgrading my computer system this month but I'm having a hard time deciding on the motherboard so I thought I'd ask what the people think about these models. I'm planning a getting a i5-3570K I see on sale for $189.99.
here are the boards I'm trying to decide between at the prices I can get them for:

MSI Z77A-GD65 $160
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H $164
Asus MAXIMUS V GENE $182

Also looking for a DDR3-1600 RAM, 8GB kit around $50 or 16GB kit around $95. What do you feel are good deals on those?

I'd be interested in checking out the 1866 or faster RAM kits too.
