Are these compatable?

I recetly purchased these items to install in an old computer whos motherboard crapped out

MB - Asrock B75M-DGS B75 1155 R
CPU - Intel Pentium G620
RAMM - GSkill Sniper 4Gx2 DDR3 F3-14800CL9D-8GBSR
PSU - Corsair 430w builders Series

I put everything together and when I turn it on the fans all run but I get nothing on the screen. Just black and monitor says no input signal. I tried hooking it up with the VGA and also DVI. Also I would like to mention my hard drive has been formated as I planned on installing a new OS. I am new to building so any help is much appreciated.

Did you connect the CPU ATX cable? Are all cables fully inserted? Did it power up properly before installing everything in the case (presuming you performed that basic test)?

Thank you Ghislain. Now I missed the CPU power. My MB was a 4 pin socket and my corsair had an 8 pin plug. After your reply I looked closer at it and seen the pin plug breaks in half. Did that and now it is working great. Thank you again.
