PC build questions

Hello, im working on my first PC build and im planning on getting two 6870's for crossfire and i dont want to overclock anything. Anyways, pretty sure all of these will work fine together but i just wanted a second opinion. so here is my build

Motherboard

Power Supply

PS: im planning on using my current hard drive and disk drive in my current pc

I'd pay a bit more and get the 2500K or 3570(non K).
