Will it blen... run?

Hello,

I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop and I'm wondering if it should be able to run Far Cry 3 smoothly; right now its quite laggy/slow. Specs:


Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit

Intel i7 Q 740 @ 1.73 GHz
Quad-Core
3MB Cache

GeForce GT 435M
8GB RAM

1366 x 768 LCD Display

Nope, the GT 435M is a pretty old and lower end mobile GPU, while Far Cry 3 is a very demanding game for 3D graphics along the same lines as Crysis. You might turn down all the settings to medium or even low (and leave AA off entirely), but even then, no guarantees. And you'll lose most of the eye candy.

Uhh, maybe. Low settings might run fine but you should get a better computer if you can.
