Need some advice on psu and case for this build

I really don't know much about PSUs,
About the case I need some advice what to get Switch 810 or 500r?

I5-2500k
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
Sapphire hd 7950 3gb 384bit oc ed
Corsair h100
Corsair vengeance (2x4gb) 1600 mhz

I'm planning to overclock my 2500k, it's my first time trying to overclock though.
