I'm stuck between these two cases both seem pretty good from what I've read but I can't decide.
This is my setup
I7 3770k
Asus Sabertooth Z77
Evga geforce gtx 690
corsair 850w hx
noctua nh d14 or I was thinking of hanteks ph-tc14pe
I just need a good case with airflow and one thing I like about the 500r is the fan controller.
Any opinions will help Thanks!

From my knowledge from googling, fan controller on 500R doesnt make much difference in speed. May be some reduction in noise, but I dont think thats a major feature to take consideration to.

500R is actually one of the best cases I've seen with loads of features and awesome build (I'm searching from a week or so for a good gaming case)

Its great in airflow too, check antec 1100 and Cooler Master HAF XM, they too are just great allrounders with the former having the best airflow(need to fit a lot of additional fans though) and the latter with great design, features and good airflow too..

Also, Coolermaster CM 690 II advanced(USB 3.0 Version) is great with room for 11 total case fans with gigantic cooling, but lacks fan controller which I dont think is considered much..

I personally own a 500r and I must say its the best case I have had, If like my self you were looking for watercooling on your CPU then this would definitely be the case for you as it perfectly houses a H100.

H100 can be fitted either on top or bottom of CM 690 II advanced and it also fits in HAF XM, 1100(a bit Complex for 1100)

I checked out those cases and they're pretty sweet. I'm starting to like the 500r a little more with the side mesh fan and its not tooo big. I was looking into the Corsair 600t mesh and it's wide!

500R doesnt have a dust filter mesh for the side fan, btw, the antec 1100 side mesh is just superb at looks , so do HAF XM side which looks fantastic, which has a great 650D type opening switches.

If you are going to aim for 500R. buy the white edition, it has dust flter at the top which the black version doesnt have.

Personally I feel antec 1100 is a monster of a case, looks great, has ample amount of space, more like a full tower, has mesh filters at most places, great cable management, has good fan connection slots(Like 10 or so)(notable one is the back motherboard slot which helps a lot in keeping CPU cool), USB 3.0, fan controller, everything that a hardcore gamer dreams of! Looks can be flashy too if you can install LED fans.

I was hoping to get a 1100 myself but it costs almost 2x here in India. I decided to go with CM 690 II advanced with 12 fans( 4 Intake and 8 Exhaust) and it will be ultra cool, usb 3.0,dust filters all over the case, easily fits H100, great looks with some blue LED's, larger than 500R and more cheaper(atleast here in India). What else a gamer needs?

Well, its upto you, 500R is also a great case, you would never go wrong with any of the cases I mentioned..

Depends on the look you want. The Vengeance C70 in green is a near perfect military styling to it, really gives an ammo box feel. The 500R is a great case as well but is more techy in it's look. Either case is well made and works great.

I've been looking into the antec 1100 and it does look like a good case and from what I've seen it looks like it has good airflow in it. Have you seen the corsair 600t mesh? Its a WIDE case but looks good with the side mesh to attach fans and it comes with 2x200mm fans and 1x120mm fan in the back but the one thing I hate is the price! its a old case haha
