Is the Cooler master RC 431 good?

I've been selecting parts for my pc build and I came across this case which I quite liked, however I am not sure of this case's quality in cooling, dust filtering and cable management space. What do you guys think?

Another case that I got my eyes on is the Thermaltake MS III. How's the quality for this case?
